As a consumer you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from receipt of the goods. All legal details are in our withdrawal information. This page explains how a return works in practice.

Important facts first:

• Please keep the original crate and the packaging material until the withdrawal period has ended.
• Test your BIOROWER the way you would in a shop. You are only liable for loss of value caused by handling beyond that.
• Custom-made machines (e.g. custom colours or technical custom builds) are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

How to return your BIOROWER:

1. Within 14 days of receipt, tell us that you are withdrawing from the contract, by e-mail to info@biorower.com or by letter to BIOROWER GmbH, Petritschgasse 6/2/2, 1210 Vienna, Austria. We will send you the return address and help with re-packing by phone or video call if needed.
2. Pack your BIOROWER in the original crate and send it back within 14 days of your notice.
3. You can use a freight forwarder of your choice or ask us to arrange the pick-up. You bear the cost of the return; if we arrange the pick-up, we deduct it from the refund.
4. We refund the purchase price including the cost of standard delivery no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, using the same payment method you paid with. We may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived or you have shown proof of return.
