Return Policy
Important facts first:
If you are not sure whether or not to keep your Biorower:
- Keep the crate
- Keep the packaging material
- If you have ordered a Biorower with custom options (e.g. custom main body color or customizations) we decide on a case by case basis whether or not we can accept returns.
- This return policy is ment help you try the Biorower without the requirement to keep it. Yes, you will have to pay the shipping back and forth, in case you return, but you do not have to keep the product if you do not like it, and get a refund.
Now the details:
If you order online or by phone, you may return your Biorower within 30 days after having received it.
In order to receive a full refund, your Biorower must be without damage and wear. In case of wear or damage, we reserve the right to reduce the refund payment accordingly.
We will refund the actual purchase price, not however, the shipping to you and the return shipping. This also includes possible customs fees.
How to return your Biorower
- Please send us an e-mail to support@biorower.com and let us know about your decision. We will send you details about where to ship it to, and help you with re-packing if needed.
- Pack your Biorower in the original crate
- It is sufficient that your Biorower is packed and ready for pick-up and we receive your e-mail within 30 days after you have receied your it in order to meet the deadline.
- Either chose your preferred forwarder or ask us to arrange the return shipping. We will deduce your refund by the return shipping cost.
- We will refund your payment within 5- 10 business days having received your BIOROWER through the same payment channel which you have used to purchase it.
