Por lo tanto, buscamos personas que aporten el conjunto de habilidades y la mentalidad adecuadas.    <\/p>\n<p>Para nuestra producci\u00f3n en Viena, Austria, buscamos  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Mec\u00e1nico (w\/m) para 38,5h \/ semana<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sus responsabilidades son el montaje final, las pruebas y el embalaje de nuestros simuladores de remo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La aptitud m\u00e1s importante para nosotros es su mentalidad. Esencialmente, buscamos a la \u00abpersona adecuada\u00bb para el puesto y para el equipo, alguien que quiera trabajar para Biorower, no alguien que s\u00f3lo necesite \u00abun trabajo\u00bb. Los t\u00edtulos siempre pueden ponerse al d\u00eda m\u00e1s adelante.    <\/strong>Sin embargo, en un mundo perfecto, \u00e9stas deber\u00edan ser sus habilidades y cualificaciones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experiencia en el trabajo con metal (mec\u00e1nica, mecatr\u00f3nica, taller de coches, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Alg\u00fan tipo de titulaci\u00f3n relacionada con la metalurgia<\/li>\n<li>Artesano o artesana altamente cualificado<\/li>\n<li>Inter\u00e9s por el remo o el fitness en general<\/li>\n<li>Precisi\u00f3n y fiabilidad<\/li>\n<li>Capacidad y voluntad de aprender<\/li>\n<li>Flexibilidad, independencia, resistencia a altos niveles de estr\u00e9s y compatibilidad con el equipo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A largo plazo, buscamos un jefe de producci\u00f3n.
