You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The revocation period lasts 14 days as of the date on which the customer or a named third party (not including any forwarder) has taken possession of the product. In order to make use of your right of revocation, you have to send us (BIOROWER Handelsagentur GmbH, Salesianergasse 1B\/1\/29, 1030 Wien, Austria, E-Mail: info@biorower.com) a written statement by mail or e-mail, by which you state your decision to revoke this contract. It is sufficient to send your revocation before the deadline.<\/p>\n

If you revoke this contract, we are obliged to refund to you all payments which you have made, including delivery charges (with the excempt of additional delivery charges if you have chosen a different delivery option than the cheapest which we have offered, as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the day of recieving your revocation. For the refund we will use the very same means of payment, by which we have received your payment. There will be no charges for this refund.<\/p>\n
