W\u00e4hrend die Beine weiter anschieben, werden die H\u00e4nde von den Rudergriffen nach innen gef\u00fchrt, wo sie einander \u00fcberlappen. \u00dcblicher Weise ist hier die linke Hand \u00fcber der rechten und tendenziell etwas weiter vom K\u00f6rper entfernt.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Der Oberk\u00f6rper ist nachwievor in einer Vorlageposition und \u00fcbetr\u00e4gt die Kraft von den Fu\u00df auf die Handfl\u00e4chen.<\/span>

Der die letzte Phase des Durchzugs

Mit dem letzten Teil des Beinschubs, \u00f6ffnet sich auch nun der Oberk\u00f6rper um die Bootsbeschleunigung aufrecht zu erhalten. Das Boot ist n\u00e4mlich w\u00e4hrend des Beinschubs immer schneller geworden – durch das zus\u00e4tzliche \u00d6ffnen des Oberk\u00f6rpers stellen wir sicher, dass wie auch ein, nun schnelles, Boot weiter beschleunigen k\u00f6nnen.\u00a0<\/span>Die H\u00e4nde ziehen nun \u00fcber Kreuz nach au\u00dfen.<\/span>

Der Einsatz
\n<\/span><\/h1>\n

Zu Beginn des Ruderschlags sind die H\u00e4nde weit auseinander. Der Sitz ist vorne, der Oberk\u00f6rper ist etwas vorgelehnt, der R\u00fccken tendenziell gerade. Alles ist bereit, Kraft zu \u00fcbertragen. <\/span>Nun beginnen die Beine damit, Kraft auf das Stemmbrett zu \u00fcbertragen. Die H\u00e4nde ziehen nicht gerade zur\u00fcck (wie etwa auf dem Ruderergometer), sondern werden – exakt wie im Boot – in zwei gegenl\u00e4ufigen Halbkreisen gezogen. Das f\u00fchrt zu mehr Kraft und Mobilit\u00e4t in den Schultern.<\/span>
